First Major Goal Reached

My first goal was to get down to 114Kg before the soccer season started. (28/04/11)

I have reached that weight with a few weeks to spare and now have set myself a new goal of 105Kg by the end of May. I feel this is achievable as my eating habits have changed for the better. I am walking every day and going to the Gym 3 times a week.

I feel healthier and fitter than I have since I was in my early twenties and even better than that.
The look on peoples' faces who haven't seen me for a while. I have had a few ask, "What's up with you?" and once I reply, "I am watching what I eat and exercising," they are releaved I'm not suffering from ill health or something...

My darling wife went shopping and bought me what is close to an entire new wardrobe. So we are off to the movies tonight as a mini celebration. I have my popcorn to cook and she has her dark chocolate bullets in hand.

We never used to go out on the weekends but now you can't keep us in,we go to the movies one week and try out a new restaurant the next, taking it in turn on who picks where to eat or what to watch.

Finding Sparkpeople has turned my life around and I would once again like to thank everyone involved with this site.
