St. Patrick's Day menu

Today I made:
Corned Beef--my very first attempt. My husband seemed to like it, as did the baby boy.
Shepherd's Pie--it was yummy
Colcannon--it was a little watery so I stirred in the extra mash potatoes that I didn't use to top the pie.

I only ate a small portions.
