midnight shift on the weekends

on weekends i work midnights shifts so i sleep most of the day so i don't get to eat a lot of healthy meals or workout during the day so i thought i would start walking to work witch is a 3km walk that could be one way i could get some movement in to my day and i could eat a healthy breakfast before going to bed and get up a little earlier so that i can eat a good meal before going to work and pack a nice healthy meal for at work so i am not eating the deep fry mozza sticks (they are so good lol) so that is my plans for the weekend if any one has any tips on how i can fit more fitness in to my weekends or other tips for me about the weekend i would like that
