picked a healthy dinner for once

got back on track today and felt so good inside and out. Its amazing when I am treating myself right by eating right and exercising how good I feel!
I chose to take my daycare kids to subway and to a playground before scouts tonight instead of our normal fast fried foods and indoor playland. I was able to run around with them and take in the fresh air and not just sit on my butt while they played. plus I had a lower calorie and lower fat dinner/ a healthy sandwich on 9 grain oat bread with apple slices instead of chips. and a light lemonade instead of pop.
I didnt feel overly full or sluggish after eating. it was a good day.
Almost drank my full 8 glasses of water but not quite. tomorrow is another chance to feel good again! yay
