My late daycare boy was picked up early today so I went to the gym and did a 56 min strength & cardio workout. When I got home there was a message from my husband. He was getting his glasses fixed so would be home late. We decided to meet at Red Lobster for dinner. I used to always get the Admiral's Feast, but I wanted to be good with my calorie count so I had fire grilled pecan shrimp with broccoli. It was the first time I had it -- it was very yummy. It was nice to have a night out.
Also, my doctor called back today and said that my Vit D was low and he wanted to recheck my B12 when I see him next week. He put me on a Vit D prescription for 12 weeks.
This morning I worked on one of the baby quilts. I made the 9 patches, 6 patches and the 4 patches. A friend came over this afternoon and I showed her how to work my quilting machine. She wants to quilt a baby quilt she made.
Weekly (March 13-19):
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week:
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio:
C) 3 days of Strength training
A) Practice portion control
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water
D) Log food/exercise
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople
F) High protein/low carb
