Week 6 of maintenance.....160# and holding!

This last month has been eventful.
On 2/16 I had rotator cuff repair sugery, no big deal, I'm doing well in recovery. However I've been limited in my exercise abilities. I have basically not been exercising, although a day of so I went out walking in the mall, but could'nt go as fast as normal cause my shoulder would swing, and swinging the shoulder was a no no. I worked out to DVD a little, but not really due to shoulder work that I couldn't manage. I really miss being active, and that blows my mind!
The good news here is that I am still on target, I stayed at goal weight these last four weeks !! emoticon

My eating habits have been ok, but I find myself wanting sweets or fatty foods as a comfort to the total boredom of being stuck in the house. I surprised myself at how quickly I became stir crazy!

I can't drive myself so I wait for others to tote me around.
Special Note: my family has been wonderful, they have catered to me and waited on me hand
& foot, so I am not complaining...nope not at all! They have made me feel so special, I thank God for them. I am blessed.
Well, next week, I see the Dr. and hopefully will be released to do more activity.
In the meantime, I will be a good girl and follow Dr's orders.
I can use some ideas on what a one armed woman can do in the house to get her heart rate up.
