Make the best of everything

Tuesday, March 15, 2011

All around me I hear people complaining about their weight, money, kids, jobs, school, marriage and friends. My advice to them is always the same. Make the best of it. The complaining of how they are gaining weight and have no energy to do everyday things. Well, friends put down the ice cream and chocolate cake 3AM in the morning and resist the temptation and get a wonderful nights rest. Make exercise a lifestyle not something you do when summer is approaching, and after that you quit. Do it to stay fit, to stay healthy and to live a longer life. You will find yourself with more energy, radiant skin, and a body that everyone wants and envies.

There is nothing that cannot be worked out without trying. Need extra cash they say. There is nothing wrong with having a garage sale or selling stuff on eBay. There's a lot of people who quit there jobs and have a full time business on eBay despite the fees. Who cares what your neighbors think about you having a sale, you are doing this for you not them. They don't pay your bills and put food on your table.

Kids are here for a reason. I believe they are gifts from heaven. They teach you things that you never knew was possible. They make you a better friend and a great parent. They make you grow more as a person. I can't live without them.

Everything else as I said before we can make the best of it if we try. We tend to give up so easy. That's just an excuse for quitters. Put your mind into it, and you will and you can do it. Want to lose the weight? DON'T EVER say the word CAN'T. Think positive and believe in yourself. Know why you are doing it in the first place. You can do all things. Have your mind made up. Buy a bikini in the size you want to achieve and have it stare at you let it be your motivation. Or a picture of a loved one who you are doing it for and let that sink in your mind and heart and always tell yourself I CAN DO THIS. The only thing stopping you is YOU. You CAN get your life back. You CAN have the body you've always wanted. You CAN do whatever makes you happy. The people around you who says you CAN'T should take a backseat. Do it because you CAN. I believe in you, and you CAN do it.

Enjoy your day!
