emoticon I went to the gym this morning and did strength training (legs) and cardio.

emoticon I will drink plenty of water, especially if I feel hungry.

emoticon I will remain thankful for this beautiful day of sunshine.

emoticon I will not freak out if the scale doesn't move as fast or as much as I'd like.
