3/14/2011 - Crashing

Well, I got some homework done, but at the cost of falling asleep last night at about me about 4 hours before I had to get up again. Needless to say, today has been brutal. The upshot is that for the rest of the week, I have time to work out, get homework done, clean the apartment before vacation, and do anything else that comes up.

I gained 1.6 lbs last week, which puts me .4lbs over where I should be today. I plan on remedying that this week as I work out as much as I can. Unfortunately, other than writing in my fitness journal, which is this blog entry, I'm not going to get any of my goals done.
