BL week one :o)

Well week one has come and gone. I could not be active in most challenges because I didn't have a computer. Guess that's what I get for moving, lol. Anyway, I realized from our last challenge that I had let my school schedule take control of my entire life, so since then I have cut back on the units I enroll in and have made everything a little more stress-less! During this challenge I hope to get back closer to my lowest weight (since joining spark) of 192. The stress and lack of food tracking and exercise has left me with a surplus of fat! I know I need to dig in my heels, SO...HERE WE GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
