Now that winter is over and the snow is about gone, it's back to the 5am gym time! I would be lying if I said these past 2 weeks have been easy getting back into the swing of things, but I did it. Every day without fail. And it feels FANTASTIC! The scale is moving once again and I'm beginning to feel a bit better about myself, both physically and emotionally. It feels good.
