BL Spring Into Action Week 1

I just finished this weeks last Diva daily challenge, which completes my first week on the BL Spring Into Action Challenge.
I managed to complete over 500 fitness minutes this week, which also helped me on my Winter-1 5% Challenge.
This week because of the Diva daily challenges I did more strength training
than I usually do. My upper body handled it well however, my inner thighs were screaming
after the first day of exercise. I am happy
to report they are doing much better now. I guess that's what they deserve for being lazy!
Tomorrow is weigh in day, hopefully, the scale
will move downward. If not, my muscles definitely had a good workout.
