The Weight Tracker?

Saturday, March 12, 2011

I have been maintaining for 9 years now. When going to WW maintaining meant within 2 lbs either way of your goal weight. I set my goal weight on the SP weight tracker to 134. Last week I weighed in at 133.5 and yesterday at 133. When I put it in the tracker, it changed my goal weight to the lower amount of 133. I don't like that because when I am back to 134, it will as if I am over my goal. There should be an allowance for a couple of pounds either way, because no one stay exactly the same all of the time. I know I can go in and change it, but your tracker should NOT change automatically to lower your goal weight if you are a pound under goal. Now that I have had my say on that, I want everyone to know emoticon and love sparking. Try to eat healthy, track what you eat, exercise, and drink your water. Nancy

Same thing with me when I hit goal. 6 months later I lost 2 lbs, so I put it in my changed my goal weight. I don't like that because i was told to leave myself a couple of pounds lower & higher than my goal for fluctuations. emoticon

WOW I want to be you... and have the tracker change, LOL... Congrats for being under goal... That's great.

Enjoy the time change... I really don't like it, spring or fall leave the time alone.

    Have a great Sunday...
