Tired and stiff....

From all the running around at work and hard physical aspect of my work I feel so beat when I come home. But I believe I found the solution. A Spark Team friend of mine encouraged me to try Yoga for the worn out body. So I have been stretching and did Sun Salutations a few times today. And look, my back pain is almost gone, I feel like my body is more relaxed, I feel less stiff and I actually have more energy. And all that was achieved by gentle stretches and breathing. I am blown away. This is the beginning of a renewed love affair with Yoga and stretching. I will stretch my legs as well, because I have had some knee issues again.
