BLC 15 - Week 10 - Challenges

Weekend Challenge!! Hopefully the SUN will start to make an appearance soon!

S—Strength -- 1 point per minute (max of 30 points a day—your daily strength of the weekly challenge will count towards this)
U – Unleash yourself in CARDIO—1 point per minute (max of 60 points per day)
N – Nutrient -- pick a nutrient (sodium, fat, fiber, carbs etc) that you want to work on staying within your range and track it. If you stay within your range --- 10 points per day

100 points possible each day—400 points possible over the weekend (FRIDAY-MONDAY)
If you get max points ALL FOUR DAYS – give yourself a 25 point bonus for a total of 425 points!

Sunday: Lunges (100 any style)
Monday: Hip Flexor’s (50 on each leg)
Tuesday: Boxer (100—both arms count as one)
