New eating plan - March 2011

As my training is all coming together now and I am seeing and feeling the benefits and results I thought it would be a good time to revise my eating plan.
I spoke to my trainer at the gym and he has advised me to eat 200g of protein per day and 100-150g of carbs per day. Now I already eat clean and am having small meals 6 times a day. So my new eating plan is based around my workouts and lifestyle so convenience is a major factor.
This is what I have come up with:
7am - Banana & Porridge
10am - Protein shake with skim milk
1pm - sweet potato with turkey and beans
3pm - Protein drink, water based & Beef Jerky
6pm - Omelette & Chicken
10pm - Protein Shake with skim milk
This is only 100g of carbs so I am reserving 50g per day in case I need a spike at all, i.e. pre-gym. I have not done this before so will be interesting to see how it goes.
Now this lot only adds up to about 1500-1600 calories per day and I really do not want to slip back into eating too little so will see how it goes. My trainer said not to worry about calories but will wait and see.
