my first day

Hey all, I am so looking forward to this. One thing about me that I want to change is that I am always gung ho when I start something new. In fact I start new things all the time but after a while my interest fizzle out. I hope that I can stay on track with this because its something I really want. It used to feel it was something that I really needed and it is but I need to do a lot of things that I don't do so hopefully I get it going because its something that I want to do.

    I can't even tell you how many times I stopped and started on SP because I just lost motivation.

    My advice is to join some groups on here that match your interests/goals so you can stay connected with people. I find that reading through friends' pages or random blogs (like this one!) help keep me motivated.

    Also, don't try to make too many changes too quickly; it can be overwhelming. Take it one step at a time and you'll be more successful.

    Incremental changes will become habitual, after a while. When the changes you make are lasting, you'll look back and ask yourself how it was ever any different. Good luck!

    We will all like to finish before we start, but it doesn't work that way. So slow down and enjoy your journey. Take it "One Day at a time" you will go a long way.
