I'm ssure every keps their journal differently. I don't just like exercises, but thoughts about the exercises, foods, feelings before and after eating, pains and so much more.

When I was 159 lbs I felt like I could tell the weather by the aches and pains. I was told it might be arthritis, osteo, fibro. I remembered being told when I would get a sports injury that I would feel it when I was older, and I am much older. However, while hunting for my Vitamin A sources, I noted the following -- when I've pushed myself too much sometimes I get injured, yes. but overall since I've lost the first 20 lbs I'm losing my status as a human barometer. emoticon
