I've been feeling like I have a bad attitude about things lately... Not happy with boyfriend, not really excited about work, not really jazzed to do anything. I'll call it a mini-depression. I've been praying for a better attitude lately and for help to be happier. I know that counting my blessings and remembering all the good things I have going for me helps to.

So, here's some of the many things I'm thankful for!

My family. My friends. My beautiful apartment. My car that runs faithfully. A job I enjoy. A great manager. Good relationships with my coworkers. Lots of really tasty food to eat. Vodka in my freezer. My good friends. My abundant wardrobe. New running shoes. The ability to run. My iPod. My cell phone. My great relationship with my brother. My grandmother. My Quaker upbringing. My leave-it-to-beaver childhood. The opportunity to travel all over the world. Love in my life. A good doctor. Good health. Good credit. Motivation. Living in downtown Portland. The coming of spring! And so much more...

    Just remember...life is wwaaaayyyyy too short to spend it unhappily. If you need to change some things in you life, people too...do it!!!! You need and deserve to be happy!!! If you need change-make it happen!! emoticon
