I did one mile today on the WATP video. Took me 2 trys to get it in, but I'm going for the bronze. I'll probally only get .5 miles in for most days at the beginning, but I'm determined to make the whole 15 or better for the month.

    i am really proud of you for getting that .5 mile in. that's an awesome accomplishment already :) i'm doing ok at the challenge. i've got 3 miles in so far - but i've been doing other things to try and vary my workout a bit. hopefully tonight when i get home we'll get the 2 mile done again and i'll be back on track. i start aquasize in a week so i'm THRILLED over that :) being able to get a different type of excercise 2x a week... booya
