Exercising for the first time since started spark page...

I just realized tonight I have been so worried about food and calories and I really need to start EXERCISING! Not only will I feel better but I can eat alittle more if Im hungry and not go over my calories for the day. Oh.....exercise indeed will be a great thing for me! Looked up a few different things that I can do right now and I did some tonight and will do some more tomorrow! I may not be running a marathon yet, but I will be able to do more than I have been doing! IM EXCITED to see what a difference it makes!
