Yummy Peanut butter, chocolate Protein Bars

These bars are absolutely amazing, they are sort of like a healthy reese peaunut butter cup! and very easy to make. I used my food processor, and it only took a minute to mix everything up, and so many !subsitutions can be made, so u can use what ever you got in the cupboard.
2 cups of almonds ( I used 1cup almonds, 1 cup walnuts
1/2 dates, raisons, or prunes, (I used dates, because they are sweet!)
1/4cup ground flaxseed
1tbs agave nectar, honey or maple syrup(I used honey)
1/2 cup peanut butter, or almond butter(I used peanut butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil,butter, or margerine, I used I cant believe its not butter
1/2cup of semi sweet chocolate chips, or milk chocolate chips to melt to put on top
I put all of the nuts, flax, wheatgerm in food processor first, and ground it all up together, then added the dates, pulsed it some more, then I added the peanut butter, vanilla,honey and turned it on, then I poured or drizzled the melted butter down the opening, and it all came together in almost a ball, then I took it and pressed it into a 8x8 pan, melted the chocolate chips on low in the microwave and spread all over the top of them, then put it in the fridge to set. I also lined my pan with waxpaper and sprayed it with Pam, so that I could just pull it out of the pan and slice them up into little bars, my son and husband loved them. I wrapped them up individually, and put in the freezer, so then I can grab them to go and use for a snack at work.
