Week 1, Day 1

I did the first day of training for the Virtual 5K yesterday. I was able to get through it pretty easily (I mean, I wasn't dying or anything). As soon as I had logged in my time I immediately went to a bike to log in more cardio minutes. And then I did some ST. Seriously, who is this girl I've become? I have been eating within my calorie range every day (minus a few when I drank a bunch of calories) without *that much* effort. I am really enjoying going to the gym and even worked out on my vacation. I hope I can keep this up because I am really enjoying the results (more energy, fewer chins, etc.). I owe it all to SP!!!
