Marathon Training Week 13

It was a good week of training:

Sunday 6miles(walk)
Monday 6 miles(walk)
Tuesday 5 miles (run speed @ 10 minute pace)
Wednesday 6 miles (walk)
Thrsday 5 miles (hills)
Friday rest
Saturday 16 miles @ 12 minute pace run 9 minutes/walk 1 minute

The LSD run was cold with temps hovering at 28 degrees, wind 15 mph, overcast. Still felt good when run complete, no stiffness, not tired.
