I just realized that I'm training a week ahead of my schedule, so I'm trying to figure out if I should slow down this week or simply repeat a week somewhere along the way. If I'm repeating, where should I repeat??? Oh well I'll figure it out. 3miles down only 19 more to run this week! emoticon
