Same-o, same-o -- no loss, no gain...
We're still in the snowy deep freeze here. Today's high was +14F -- at 6:30 p.m. it's already down to -3F. Tuesday is supposed to warm up a bit and up to 30's on Wed-Thurs. Then cool off again.
On the bright side, it was sunny today with just a slight breeze.
Also a brighter note, the abscessed tooth is much better. I'm almost done with the course of antibiotics. There is still some pain. I have a dental appointment on Tuesday and will find out what the dentist thinks.

in a blog. It is about the author's confusion over her body identity after a large weight loss and being on maintenance for a while. She is a student and is looking for people to interview for a study she is conducting that may lead to being the topic for her thesis. I found the blog interesting enough to refer readers of my blog to it.
Last time's goals with comments ---
Track food -- actually tracked all seven days
Eat within calorie ranges -- in range 4 days, a few calories over 1, and within 300 calories on the other 2 -- I'd say this is an improvement.
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week -- none
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times -- did the core 3 times, no upper body.
64 oz of water, not just fluids -- Did this
Blog at least once a week -- did this.
Next week -- the same until I get them all
