Feeling a little dejected today. Weighed myself for the first time in 6 weeks and I GAINED 8 pds. I have been working hard watching what I eat, working out and staying active. I cant believe I gained and didn't lose any weight.

    OH that horrible scale!! emoticon Def time to take some measurements and think about how your clothes are fitting. The scale isn't the ONLY way to measure success!

    Also think about how much healthier you are getting just by exercising and eating better... it will add up (er... down, LOL) in the long run! emoticon

    I agree with the other post....don't give up! Sometimes things seem to get a lil worse before they get better, but they WILL get better. emoticon

    Don't give up. Move forward. You can do this.
    Have you measured. Maybe you lost inches instead of weight.
