Well here we are nearly a week in.....

Last week a little higher on the scale than I wanted, but I figured it was sodium cuz all my clothes fit fine. I've gone up and down up and down this week but I seem to stay around the same so I'm changing my ticker today... **SIGH**

I also took my measurements today. Im up in some places but down in others since I last measured. Basically I'm still maintaining, but I want to lose 10 more pounds! Right now I'm not sure how to acheive that and I'm frustrated.

March 5 Stats:

Chest: 32

I am taking this month to really focus on vegetarian diet, cutting out the junk....I still have stuff I consume. Yesterday wasn't a great day for nutrition.

And I'm adding more ST into my fitness program. I'll be back on the elliptical today cuz my knees hate me and I hate them back. And I'll probably do 30-Day Shred as part of my ST today.

My guys are on a scout camping trip this weekend, so I have plenty of time to work out and eat healthy!

I might even paint a bit. I still need to finish the kiddos play room and all the trim/doors in the house. As well as our room/bathroom and the office. So I could really get alot done. BUT I also have filing and re-arranging to do as well. **SIGH**

But first things first, I need to shower and head out to get my oil changed and then off to Sprouts. I need a few more things like bell pepper and lettuce and more kale and salmon!! :D

    I can't wait to hear what you come up with for your vegetarian diet. I wouldn't even know where to start. We just bought this sandwhich toaster for the boy scout camping trips.

    Just keep going, your body wants to hold on to what it has, but one day it will realize 'shes just not going to give up' and you will start to see a little shift in the scale (-:
    I'm there now, my diet is 110% - my workouts are 110% and I am STUCK and it is beyond frustrating b/c I KNOW flat out I am puting in the work and not cheating... on paper the weight should be dropping, but on paper does not = in real life... so I keep going, b/c the other option is to quit and that isnt an option.
