A is for the Attitude you must possess to finish this race of becoming healthy.

T is for Trial and error, figuring out the best way for YOU to lose weight, because you are an individual, and your body is made differently.

T is for Talking, speak about your successes and your 'not' successes. I refuse to say failure because if you learned from it, then it was successful.. Speak out and talk about it!

I is for you to Impress yourself first before others. Do it for YOU!

T is for Time, yes I said it..TIME. Any journey takes time, just depends on where you are going, what road you are travelling, and if you encounter any road blocks or potholes along the way.

U is for Unstoppable attitude that you must have to reach your goal. Yes, you will have your moments, but if you get knocked down pick yourself up and keep going!

D is for (I'm sure you were thinking I was going to say DIET..NOT) it is for Determination. According to the dictionary; determination means the act of coming to a decision or of fixing or settling a purpose. Set your mind on your goal and determine yourself to get there, no matter what!

E is for Edification; it means to uplift yourself. This is how you keep going, do not pay attention to those around you who want to sabotage you. What are your goals? How are you going to get there? You cannot let anyone stand in your way. Uplift yourself, and don't depend on others because they will fail you at some point; you have to remain focused because it is up to you whether you allow them to take your focus from you, or if YOU keep it!

So, Attitude comes from the trial and errors that you do to get to your goal. Talk about it to others so you can inspire them and yourself. Remember, it takes time, and in the process... Impress yourself first. Keep that unstoppable attitude and determination and never, ever forget to Edify yourself! You are the one that makes the decision to reach a goal, no one else! You ultimately do this journey for yourself, you might start with a different purpose in mind, but ultimately its for YOU!

I am Fit, and my body is in a process of catching up with my ATTITUDE!!! emoticon
