so after 2 weeks of losing nada, i weighed myself today and.....200 pounds. a pound lost is better than a pound gained, i suppose, but i am so sick of being in the 200s! i am getting slightly frustrated with my recent lack of weight loss. ive tried to incorporate a little more excercise to my routine (though ill admit its hard when i also have work, school, and an overexcited 3 year old) and ive been sticking to my diet (for the most part. ill admit ive had a few bad foods here and there, but i definitely havent gotten wild). does anyone have any suggestions to help me push past this plateau? because this is a sucky place to hit a plateau. so close (to onederland!), yet so far away!
