I'm finally not starving.

For the past week or so I have been SOOOO hungry. I've been eating mostly healthy things, but way too much of it. I just couldn't get full.
Finally, last night I ate spaghetti until I was comfortably full. AH, sweet relief. And I weigh the same as I weighed yesterday morning (138.0 lbs), so I didn't do myself any harm that way.
Now, today, I am not snacking all day out of ravenous hunger. I drank a Vitamin Water (instead of a Dew) and ate an TLC bar for breakfast. I had an orange for a snack. I ate a WW frozen meal & a yogurt for lunch. I am comfortable with that. Not feeling at all hungry now. YAY! Will I finally be in my calorie range for the 1st time this week??!? I sure hope so.
