Met My Goals...

Today, after I finished tracking my food for the day, I checked my daily feedback and WOW was I surprised, I managed to meet 6 of my goals: protein, fat, carbohydrates, calories, fiber and sodium.
Usually, my totals fall into the correct range for 3-4 and occasionally 5 of my nutritional goals, but I think this is the first time in the 7 months I have been on Sparkpeople that I have met 6 of the goals.
Now, I just need to figure out what I did right!
