Restarting can be tough

I went to the doctor today and I have gained back a total of 20 pounds! I have been eating lots of junk food and not exercising. Last weekend I bought a used balance board at GameStop and only used it for 15 minutes since then to be sure it was working.

My goal is to start exercising again this weekend. I'm going to try for at least 30 minutes a day to build the habit back again. I feel like I got lazy and it is showing on my body.
