Week 2, Day 8; 1st official weigh-in

Alright! I am back at 155 which makes my spark page thingie not a liar anymore! emoticon What a relief. Technically I think this is a 2 lb loss this week which is kind of outrageous. emoticon I have not exercised enough, though I've been getting in more stretching and walking. I don't want to say I was militant with my nutrition tracking, but the days I was ON I was really ON. Nothing quite like seeing the results you want to make you feel motivated to keep it going. emoticon

AND, to keep things really good today, I am even EARLY to work. 'Course, it doesn't make up for all the days I am LATE to work, but I'm still going to pat myself on the back.

****************LUNCH UPDATE*******************

Today's lunch salad included 2 cups spinach topped with 4 sliced strawberries and hot, sliced morning star chik'n nuggets. Topped off with balsamic vinaigrette.

I just wanted to say that it was gooooooooood. emoticon
