New Workout - Turbo Fire!

I have been wanting to try Turbo Fire for a while and finally bit the bullet and bought the package! emoticon

Turbo Fire is exactly what the name implies, its a "FIRE" that will definitely get you the results if you push yourself to your limits! There is even modifications for individuals not ready to do the program at full speed!

So, I am hoping that with this program and all the others that I have in my rotation, I should be able to consistently lose weight with such great variety!! emoticon

Through eating healthy, getting enough water and sleep and a great variety of exercises, I will continue to head towards my goal of a healthy weight and life!

Will keep everyone posted on my progress with Turbo Fire!! emoticon

    It is really fun and challenging! The HITT workouts are intense! Chalene Johnson is really great at motivating. There will be points where you are so challenged that you will want to quit but she will say "you're not tired" and it gives you more energy to continue. Good luck!!!

    Thanks for the scoop. The rotation is a good idea. Variety is good for the mind and body.
