Drove around my hometown with my 12 year old GD and took pictures of many of the sets and sights for the movie Twilight. This is Bella's House. If it hadn't been so cold I would have made GD get out of the car so I could get her in the pics. We had a great time. Shortly after this fun activity I was in bed for two weeks with the flu.
I think I am going to sell my accordion so someone can get some good use out of it. I took pictures so I could remember it. It gave me great joy for many years. Think I will get a lightweight keyboard when I can afford it. It won't be so hard on my back.
My sheepy lawn ornaments basking in the 50 degree sunshine.
The neighbors llama came to visit.
Buddy warm and content watching the snow.
Sasha thinks she is a sheep
Rocco and Reno joined our family until DD's ex can get back on his feet
I have heard them, but this was the first time to see mourning doves around here. I was across living room using 10x zoom. When I tried to sneak closer they flew away.
Got some snow
I have been feeling better the last week even though it has been snowing the whole time. I babysat the younger grandchildren last Saturday, but I was out of batteries so did not get pictures of the 7 month old pulling to stand at the table. He is crawling really good now. The three year old is very protective of him, but also a little jealous. She loves books and will sit through stories for 2nd graders. The 7th grader still loves school and has adapted well to all the recent transitions in her life. The older grandsons are all doing well in school and some of them have joined baseball. I wish someone would do track. Although, I do enjoy watching baseball too.
The CFS stabilized at about 50% after I got over the flu. I have found serenity and peace. It took me awhile to let go and have faith in whatever the future brings, but I have found it and am quite happy.
