The end of biggest loser

Tuesday, March 01, 2011

So, the biggest loser final weigh-in was yesterday morning at work.

1st weigh-in 12/6/10: 150
final weigh-in 2/28/11: 138

I'm so proud of how I did, considering it was a small, non-competetive group of girls that participated. Although I'm glad to be done, I'm a bit terrified of losing the accountability. I will admit that I worked my butt off at the gym and have cut out certain food groups, but frankly I haven't been eating enough calories....

So, even though it terrifies me, I need to start upping my calories. I really don't want to gain the weight back because I'm so close to my goal of 130-135. Spark just upped my range to 1,660 - 2,010 which seems so high!!! Ugh...

Good job on your weight loss. Perhaps as a group you can still have weigh-ins that aid with the accountability. I feel certain you are not the only one from the group that has the same concern.

Do you have a before and after photothat might aid in your continued success?

    Take Care~
