I have been feeling this exercise inertia for a while. It's just hard to get myself to class or on the treadmill or outside. It feels like a huge hill to climb, to just get started. After I do, I'm glad I did and I can go longer that I thought. Step and Zumba class both are fun and anything outside is great. I am exercising. But sometimes I blow it off, after I had even planned to do it. I enjoy blowing it off and only feel mildly guilty. I kind of blame winter doldrums for it.
My dogs though as soon as they see me with walking gear on, they start jumping around and get so excited. I really admire that. They are looking forward to exercising. I wonder if I will ever feel any kind of excitement like that over exercising?
