I can never think of an attention grabbing title!

Here is a funny for you! Last night I went to bed at midnight, so that I could get a workout in. This morning I got up at my usual 6:30, grabbed a glass and spoon out of the dishwasher, had a glass of milk, and a bowl of rice with raisins. Then I popped on here to plan out my menu for the day. My sweet hubby comes into the kitchen to grab some breakfast. He opens the dishwasher to get himself a spoon, and says, "I think we forgot to run the dishwasher last night. These are still dirty." GAG! GASP! I drank milk out of a glass that one of my kids probably used yesterday! I am not a fan of sharing drinks with anyone, but especially not my kids. Anyway, in retrospect, it is pretty funny. Perhaps I am a bit tired?

I am planning for weightloss success. This morning I planned out my menu, and I am in calorie range today. I also did 15 minutes on the treadmill, and I am going to do 30 minutes of circuit training later on today. This kind of planning has worked for me in the past, so I know it will work for me again. I just finished weaning my baby, so I am comfortable with cutting back on the calories. Wish me luck, and encouragement with sticking to my goals. I have a tendency to overeat, and emotionally eat. These are bad habits that I can overcome.

Haha, my hubby feels the same way about sharing germs as you do! I offer him a bite of food off my fork and he won't eat it even though we kiss and so on. Weirdo, lol!

WTG for planning ahead! Keep doing what you know works!
