Nutrition: Good... didn't track but didn't have my appetite back until the end of the week and made soup everyday. So I'm sure I was on the high end but within range.

Exercise... what exercise?? Obviously not so good here, but I just read a friend's blog and it reminded me why I love to exercise. I am now healthy enough to go to bed at 11 vs 8.30-9 last week, and I am ready to exercise again! Thanks Sarah!!

Water... most excellent! I really excel and drinking excessive amounts of water.

So all in all a decent week, I was still recovering (hence the early bed times) but wasn't very productive otherwise. I am ready to start today, back on the wagon here I come!!!
