Cruise Vacation

As I get ready to head out on a cruise with my wife, I find my thoughts turning to "How can I keep this going on the boat?" A quick look at the boat's website and some vids on YouTube show a pretty advanced fitness center - much more than I'm accustomed to seeing on vacation at some of the All-Inclusives I've visited.

The goals for the cruise will be:
- Work out every day
- Stay busy and active
- Adhere to the eating habits I've formed
-1-2 drinks per day max

WiFi and Internet access is ludicrously expensive on the ship, so I'll be offline and completely unplugged for the duration.

    You can stay Sparked. You may find the time you have planned to exercise might be put on the back burner to other cruise activities you may not get to experience on a daily basis, and that's okay. I'm sure you will do lots of walking around, and moving, so just make sure you keep with that. And I'm sure they will have lots of healthy food choices, just watch portion sizes and you will have a fabulous time!
    P.S.- Hard liquor has less calories than beer =more drinks, same calories! emoticon Rum & Diet coke=60 calories, beer=120, that's 2 to 1! LOL
