Monthly eval at LA Fitness was such a let down. I had expected big things. I have doubled my workout time. Been portioning out my food. And I lost nothing on my arms , chest, waist and hips. I lost some on my thighs and calves. Possibly, it could be that my trainer did the measuring instead of the director. He may measure differently than she does. I did lose enough for a free training session.
It's been a little over a month since I joined Spark People.
Guess I will just keep plugging along. Got to lose 6 more pound before I will get my hair highlighted again (my reward). Might have sad ugly hair for a long time.
