Reflections on February

I ended February weighing one pound more than I started it...136...Not sure what happened. Probably buying all the snacks for my daughter's track meets. They won't start again until the end of March. So I have a month to get to the club on a more regular basis. Hopefully that will help get the weight off. I am hopeful the snow storms are finished and I can start getting work done outside. There is something about a snow storm and eating. That is a bad habit I will need to tackle. Hopefully next year. I have been really good about getting to yoga and doing my evening yoga routines. I need to continue doing that in March.
