I have room for improvement as I try to reach my best fitness and eating standards... but I am proud of the fact that I have been on track pretty much every day this month! Thank you Lifestyle Change Sparkteam for your SP point challenge. It kept me motivated to log in to SP every single day to check in with friends, track my info, and read blogs & articles to earn those points! I don't know how much weight I lost, but I know I didn't gain anything (I can tell by how my clothes fit).
In the next day or so I will update you on my grand total and maybe post a pic on what I purchased with my point earnings.
