emoticon Week 2 and I lost 8 pounds so far!

Trying to walk, 2 days in a row, 20 minutes each, I am feeling it now! Suggestion, don't walk in 34 degree weather, with wind and slow flurries. Very cold.... emoticon Any way, I made it! Trying to get back up to being able to walk a mile. Last year was able to walk 2 miles, it still hurt, but I was able. Will push for it this weekend!
