I have been missing my daily blogging this past month.. After using the Spark calendar "31 days to healthier holidays" and then "31 days to unbreakable resolutions" to blog about the tips, it did sort of become a daily routine to put it all down in writing.

Not really sure how much it helped me, but it certainly didn't hurt me, and now, with re-publication of Spark's "31 Days to a Healthier Diet," I'm thinking of picking it up again. I'm no nutritionist, "but I play one on TV," lol!! The issue does become whether it becomes more of a "chore" to do the blog, to find the time on a busy day, and adds stress to think "oh I have to do my blog.." Adding stress is definitely something I have no interest in doing to myself.. Do you see how I argue within myself? Do this, no, do that!! Yes! well... No!! Yikes!!!

Oh goodness, I'm blogging about whether or not to blog! So you know what that means?? Likely that, coming tomorrow, a new 31 days blog.. Heaven help us all!!

    I've missed your daily blogs so I hope you do pick up your 31 days. Also...check on the Spark calendar thing (I ran across it somewhere. Aren't I helpful?) and thought I saw items for each day for every month.
