Back on track

During my husband's 17 day hospital stay I got totally off my program. Thankfully, I didn't gain any weight. I didn't go wild with the eating, I found I actually was hardly eating. I certainly wasn't exercising or drinking my water. It was all Coke Zero and Chick-Fil-A (oh so yummy). I am back on track. Healthy breakfast first off. Had a great workout, was dripping sweat (though it's very humid here so that may have contributed). I feel so good. I'm ready to lose the rest of my weight. Go me!
