Well, I'm at the weight I was when I last did a weight blog. In the meantime I did a bit of a yo-yo. Not much, a few pounds.
The weather here has been dreadful, cold (below zero F a lot of the time), snow, wind, and on good days slush so bad it was hard to drive in. I have hardly been able to force myself to go outside to get to work, let alone work out. Most of my cardio has been snow shoveling...
I've been having some dental work done this past month, which is okay, but now I have managed to get an abcessed tooth. My first and, I hope my last. The past few days have been pretty painful, but today has been better. I look like I've got a big wad of chewing tobacco in my cheek!!! The silver lining in all this is that I really don't feel like eating, since that seems to aggravate things.
Last time's goals with comments ---
Track food -- pretty off and on, mostly off
Eat within calorie ranges -- would have been okay, except for the munch stuff at work
Cardio -- 10 minutes a day -- Got in some, mostly shoveling snow
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times -- Been getting core in about twice a week, not so well with upper body
64 oz of water, not just fluids -- Been hitting this every day, most days over.
Blog at least once a week -- Didn't do this consistently, I think it about averaged out, though.
Next week's goals ---
Eat within calorie ranges
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week.
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times.
