Continue with weight training 3x per week. Figure out the next steps as I am coming closer to the end of my plan. I have been seeing results and want to keep it up!
I was doing good in the cardio department for the first two weeks of Feb, then in the second two weeks I really started to feel worn down. I decreased the cardio and started to feel better and saw some good results (decrease in hip size, increase in weights lifted). Conclusion, over training. I’m glad I now listen to my body more. I still want to get three days of cardio, for heart health, which means high intensity, but I am not going to push it.
I haven’t had an actual weight loss goal in a long time. My weight is still so un-predictable, especially since I started to gain muscle that I don’t want to set myself up to fail. But I want to try for 210 pounds by the end of the month, if nothing else to not get higher than 212.
I want to keep shrinking. Currently my
Waist over Belly Button: 38.5”
Totaling 119.5 inches in my big spots. My goal is to lose another 2 inches in March or 117.5 inches.
I don’t know if that is even possible, but I thought it might be fun to try.
This really feeds in to my 2011 overall goal to be less frumpy.
Keep not biting my nails in March
Turn in tax stuff (I got it all pulled together in February)
Give BIO a call (didn’t do that in Feb, well I did but got the answering machine, but didn’t leave a message).
Take a class at Kiss Z Cook (I have a groupon). I emailed them a question about a class, but they never got back to me. I need to call and get clarity, then take the class.
