Forever changing!

I tried the C25K workout for 2 weeks, it was killing me! I just can't run. So I'm just walking on the treadmill daily. And I got a Zumba game for my Wii. It's hard because they do specific dances and the instruction part is short and not very good. But I think just dancing with them and trying to do it right will help too. We shall see. I"m just not good at working out.

    Thanks for the encouragement. I've lost 19 lbs over the last year, but still need to go a long way. We're going on a cruise in Aug so want some weight off so I can enjoy it. First thing in the morning, I hit the treadmill. If the weather ever clears, I'll drag out the bike. Good to have friends to encourage us. Thanks! emoticon

    How are you girlfriend "I know exactley what you mean Foreveryoung....I just posted a blog about this (not here yet) Let's see, I did a high paced walk earlier and a little on he treadmill then some crunches...I am on day 16 of a 90 day appeasel of self/body. Just keep up whatever your doing and over time it will chase away those unwanted pounds. God bless you and I hope to chat again.
